On April 6, 2004, the Bank changed its status from a private limited company to a public limited company and hence changed its name from Investrust Bank Limited to Investrust Bank PLC. In 2004, the bank became quoted on the Lusaka Stock Exchange ("LuSE"). The bank then applied for and was granted a full listing on the LuSE on 21 June 2007.
